Ahoy! I’m Michael Mitsanas, a reporter and co-anchor for Live From 205. I’m a senior here at PV High, and this is my second and final year in the program. I've always loved storytelling, whether on-stage, on-camera, or on a news desk. Throughout my time in 205, I’ve covered some of the most consequential stories of our time - like Yellow Ribbon Week and PV High’s groundbreaking new water fountains. After shooting my latest excuse for a news feature, catch me reading The New York Times, watching the CBS Evening News with Norah O’Donnell, or eating an entire pint of mint ice cream while watching 60 Minutes. But aside from news, you’ll find me on runs at the beach, drinking lots of iced coffee, or wondering why my car is such a mess. I try to live by a quote originally said by Walt Disney, "It's kind of fun to do the impossible," but I'm still trying to figure that one out at this point.
Thanks for visiting our website, and I hope you enjoy my work.
